Кратко о посёлке

Статус:

Кандры - поселок городского типа, на западе Республики Башкортостан. Сейчас насчитывает около 15000 тысяч человек, является крупным культурным, промышленным, аграрным и торговым центром.

История названия

Говорят, когда-то давно, наша речка была полноводной, на ней жило очень много бобров, которые сооружали огромные плотины. БОБР - в переводе на тюркский означает КАНДР, отсюда и название.

История

Поселок очень старый, еще во времена Пугачёвского востания, здесь формировались отряды.

Промышленность

Основным, "градообразующим", так сказать, предприятием является бывшее Туймазинское управление буровых работ, ныне "БурКан", так же следует выделить нашу строительную организацию, комбикормовый завод "ЭкстраКорм"

Образование

Образование в посёлке представленно тремя общеобразовательными школами, несколькими колледжами и лицеем

Сельское хозяйство

У нас есть свой колхоз, а так же много частных хозяйств, выращивающих различные культуры в теплицах 24 часа в сутки/365 дней в году. Особо хочу выделить наш хлеб: он просто бесподобен, такого хлеба вы не найдете нигде!
